When (1) displaced fracture occurs, slight finger movement should be done within 1 week of reduction, and strong forearm rotation, fist clenching and wrist flexion and extension should not be done to avoid displacement again. After 1 week, the range of motion of fingers, palms and wrists gradually increased.
(2) After the fixation is released, elbow flexion and extension, forearm rotation and functional activities of wrist joint and hand joint can be started.
2. Humeral intercondylar fracture
(1) After fracture reduction, fingers and wrists can be flexed and fists clenched. After 3 ~ 5 days, you can begin to practice the automatic flexion and extension of the elbow joint. The range of activities gradually increases from top to bottom.
(2) After the fixation is released, do active activities and light hand massage.
