Foot massage

Regular massage of Yongquan point can benefit essence and kidney, strengthen the body, prevent premature aging, soothe the liver and improve eyesight, and promote sleep. It has certain curative effect on dizziness, insomnia, tinnitus, hemoptysis, nasal congestion and headache caused by kidney deficiency.

The method of foot massage is: soak your feet with warm water before going to bed every day, then rub them with your hands, then massage your right foot with your left hand and your left foot with your right hand, each time 100 or more. It is advisable to rub your feet. This method has the effect of tonifying kidney, nourishing yin and reducing fire, and has a good effect on the common deficiency-heat syndrome of middle-aged and elderly people.

Bushen calisthenics

1. Sit up straight, with your legs naturally apart, shoulder width apart, your hands bent and lifted sideways, your fingers extended upward, and your ears flat. Then, raise your hand, touch your ribs and recover. You can do it three or five times in a row, or three or five times a day according to the situation. Before doing exercise, you should relax all over.

Take a deep breath when your hands are raised, and exhale when you recover, but don't push too hard or too hard. This action can move the waist and knees, benefit the kidney and strengthen the waist. Regular practice of this movement can exercise the waist and knees, which is good for the kidneys.

4. Sit up and loosen your belt. Take off your coat, put your hands on your waist and rub them up and down until your waist feels hot. This method can warm the kidney and strengthen the waist. The Mingmen point of Du meridian is at the waist, and Shenshu point, Qihaishu point and Dachangshu point of Taiyang bladder meridian are sufficient.
