Although all kinds of fitness programs in the gym are attractive, maybe your time is only allowed to exercise at home. Then, make an exercise plan on the floor at home. Fourth, subtract unhappiness.

A long-lived fitness program is definitely a fitness program that makes you happy, so you must first choose an exercise that you like and are willing to stick to. Of course, a sticky sport must be simple, convenient and ready to play.

The biological clock controls our daily activities. Come to exercise when you are energetic! If you are an early riser, arrange fitness activities in the morning; If you are an afternoon person, arrange your fitness activities in the afternoon or evening.
