The origin and development of Tai Ji Chuan.
According to Huizhou's records, in the prosperous Tang Dynasty more than 1000 years ago, a monk named Xu Xuanping lived in seclusion in Cuiwei Mountain. Xu Xuanping once wrote a poem on the wall of Chuanshe, saying, "I lived in seclusion for 30 years and built a room on the top of Nanshan. Play with the bright moon in the quiet night and drink the green spring in the morning. The firewood man sings on the dragon, and the valley bird plays in front of the rock. I don't know how old I am, but I have forgotten the year of Jiazi. " When Li Bai saw this poem, he thought it was a fairy, but he didn't meet it when he visited. He wrote this poem on the wall of Xu Xuanping's residence and said, "I preach poetry and visit real people." Smoke cen fan high trace, Yunlin space. Peeping at the court and feeling lonely, leaning on the column and hesitating. China, Britain and He Tian have a history of 1000 years. "

According to legend, Xu Xuanping is from Shexian County, Anhui Province. Living in seclusion in Chengyang Mountain (now Cuiwei Mountain). He has long hair and shawls, walks like flies, and has extraordinary skills. People call him "Xu". About Xu Xuanping, it is recorded in many books, and most of them describe it like this: "He is seven feet six inches long, with a moustache to his navel and hair to his feet, and walks like a galloping horse." At that time, Xu Xuanping's story and Li Bai of Wusheng Mountain all knew that there was no distance, according to a constant habit in my life. Therefore, Li Bai passed through Jiuhua Mountain, Huangshan Mountain and Yun Qi, and finally prepared to visit Xu Xuanping in Cuiwei Mountain. When Li Bai came to the foot of the mountain, he saw the vast forest and the rugged path. At that time, he didn't know where to go, so he strolled to the river to ask someone for directions. I happened to see a ship moored at the wilderness ferry. He hurried to Qingyin and asked, "Boatman, do you know where Xu Xuanping and Xu Ren Xian live?" Hearing the sound, a man came out of the canopy, with a hat covering his face, long hair shawl and a bamboo pole in his hand, singing, "The mountain is surrounded by light fog, and the stone path is far away;" Ask the immortal Xu, there is only one shot in front of the door. " Li Bai thanked him and left in a hurry. He searched carefully in the mountains along the stone road. Bamboo grows everywhere in the mountains of the south of the Yangtze River. There are many families with bamboo in front of them, but only one kind of bamboo has never been seen before. Seeing that it was getting late, Li Bai had to go back to the river and find a restaurant to rest. With wine, the poet's inspiration came. It suddenly occurred to him that a pole stood outside the cabin of the ship and asked for directions by the river. That boatman must be Xu Xuanping! He hurried back to the river and saw only dusk and thick smoke. Where is a boat on the river? Li Bai felt very sorry and disappointed, regretting that he didn't understand the meaning of the boatman's poem at that time and missed Xu Xuanping. He strolled back to the restaurant and wrote this poem in Huizhou Chronicle. In order to commemorate Xu Xuanping and Li Bai, later generations renamed the restaurant "Taibai Building" and the bridge "Wang Xianqiao".

Xu Xuanping passed on Tai Chi Kung Fu and was named III VII. In the Song Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty, when Song Yuanqiao recorded the inheritance process of Taiji Kung Fu, he wrote: "Those who taught Taiji Kung Fu by themselves were educated by Xu Xuanping, the son of Yuhuan in the Tang Dynasty, and were taught for fourteen generations in succession ..." In the Secret Record of Taiji Biography of Wang Fu, a descendant of Zhang Sanfeng's ancestors in the late Qing Dynasty, it was also recorded that "... Jing Yi and Confucius and Mencius were deified and combined, and they were seventy-two literate and awarded.

Gong in Tai Ji Chuan has many names. In the Northern and Southern Dynasties, Cheng Lingxi inherited the Han Dynasty and passed on the "Xiao Jiu Tianfa". Among them, "Xiao Jiu Tianfa", "Five Purposes" and "Four natures returning to the original tune" emphasized the combination of boxing and the Book of Changes, and "Tai Chi practitioners can't get the Tai Chi stunt passed down by Xu Xuanping in the Tang Dynasty unless they are pure in the Book of Changes, which is called" Three Worlds and Seven Musts ". In the Tang Dynasty, there was also Li Daozi, who passed on Tai Ji Chuan's kung fu and named it "Congenital Boxing", and left the formula of "Congenital Boxing", namely "Giving Secret Songs". Yangzhou Hu inherited Song Zhongshu's contribution to Tai Ji Chuan's coming out of the pavilion, which is called "the method of the day after tomorrow". Song Zhongshu once visited Gusutai and poured a poem on the column: "You have been idle for a long time and have no intention of me. No matter who wanders around the world, the spring breeze plays the flute restaurant building. " It was not until Zhang Sanfeng's generation, Li Daozi, inherited the power of Taiji Chuan and called it "Thirteen Potential". Although Taijiquan has various names, its core is Taiji.

Tai Ji Chuan's work Thirteen Commandments, which was handed down to Zhang Sanfeng's ancestors, was a great success, but the subsequent inheritance made Tai Ji Chuan's works lose a lot of ethereal spirit because of its military use, and then it was adapted and popularized, and gradually spread to folk gymnastics. This book is to restore the true colors of Taiji Chuan, cultivate his spirit, cultivate his temperament, and let the reader understand the way of harmony between man and nature.

The origin of Wushu can be traced back to the battle between the ancient Yellow Emperor and Chiyou and the recent Wu Qin drama of Huatuo. Later, in the Shaolin Temple in Songshan Mountain, after nine years of Buddhism, he realized the technique of strengthening the body and calming the soul, and created two meridians to relax muscles and wash the marrow and eighteen methods to disperse the potential. After Jue Yuan, the eminent monks changed the 18-law dispersion to panoramic style, and increased it to 72 laws, but there were still some shortcomings. Therefore, the combination of ancient martial arts and hua tuo wuqinxi increased to 170, which became Shaolin Waijia Boxing. At the end of the Song Dynasty, Zhang Sanfeng, who lived in seclusion in Wudang Mountain, was the ancestor of Wutangmen. He observed the natural principles of heaven and earth, learned from Shaolin and other schools of boxing, and mastered them, creating the thirteen potential of Taiji.

Nowadays, spiritual cultivation is far better than military application. Therefore, the newly compiled "Taiji Zhuan San" is intended to tap the essence of Taiji before the "Thirteen Potential" and realize Tao with fists.
