This is why fitness people have strong perseverance to persist. Muscles don't enjoy tearing pain. Only your own confidence and determination can enjoy that feeling. If you don't persist, your muscles will become lazy. If you don't persist in muscle laziness for half a month, you will be mentally lazy. So the determination to regain exercise is what you have to think about now, and keeping exercising is what you have to do now.
