Luonan County is located in the northeast of Shangluo City, with the range of109 44 ′10 ′″ ~10 40 ′ 46 ″, and the north latitude is 33 52 ′ 00 ″ ~ 34 25 ′ 58 ″, which borders lingbao city and Shandong in the east.

Luonan County is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, and looks like a flying pigeon. Qinling Mountains are located in the north, with steep slopes in the north and gentle slopes in the south. Structurally, it belongs to the fault block uplift mountain range. Mangling extends to the southeast around its south, forming a boundary with Shangzhou District and Danfeng County, which is the watershed between Luohe and Danjiang River systems.

Caolianling, the highest point in China, is 2646 meters above sea level, and Caolanhekou, the lowest point, is 670 meters above sea level, with the maximum relative height difference 1976 meters. Luoshui flows eastward from the middle of the county seat, and its tributaries are finger-shaped distribution. From north to south in the north, and from south to north in the south, it flows into the Luohe River, forming a mountainous landform with many peaks, rivers and hills.

1, Shantou Mountain Ecological Park:

Shantou Mountain Ecological Park is located opposite Luonan County and was built in 2005. Its scale starts from the dry river in the east, reaches Kawaguchi in the west, reaches Huangyuan in the south and Yixian River in the north. The east-west length is 3. 1 km, and the north-south width is 1.5 km, with a total area of 4.2 square kilometers.

Relying on the good ecological environment of Shantou Mountain, the park inherits the rich cultural heritage of Luonan and meets the needs of people's fitness and entertainment. The main landscapes are Shanmen, Peak Square, Yunyan Building and Cang Xie Garden. Shantou Shanmen is a four-poster archway, and its overall style is similar to that of Ming Dynasty. The cornice of the bucket arch, the red column and the colored beam are all 9 meters high and wide, which means "99 ratio 1".

2, grass chain ridge:

Caolianling is a mountain range in the eastern Qinling Mountains, located at the junction of Luoyuan Town and hua county in Luonan County. Its main peak is 2465 meters above sea level, facing the Huashan Mountain in Xiyue, which is more than 300 meters higher than the Haibo Mountain in Huashan.

Because several peaks on the ridge are connected together like a chain (high in the west and low in the east), it is covered with alpine meadows, and it looks like a chain belt woven by grass in the distance, named after the East Qinling Mountains, which is the highest mountain in Luonan. The water source at the northern foot of Caolianling flows into Weihe River and the water source at the southern foot flows into Luohe River, which is one of the sources of Luohe River.

Caolianling has dense vegetation, and the vegetation trees in the south foot are best preserved. The distribution of different plant species varies with altitude. The bottom is mostly primitive secondary forests, mixed shrubs, and some tall oak forests. Upward, it is a broad-leaved mixed forest gradually spread all over the hilly area, and there are often red birch trees. At an altitude of more than 2 kilometers, there is a coniferous forest composed of Pinus armandii, and there is a large area of alpine rhododendron forest below the ridge.
