Many college students choose fitness. Is it necessary?
Personally, as a graduating senior, I think it is very correct and necessary for many students in college to choose fitness, because in college, unlike in high school or junior high school, the school may arrange us to do some morning exercises. Every day, we run in the morning or do some exercises between classes. At least, we have some sports. In college, if you don't take part in some activities or other sports, you basically don't need to exercise. Even in physical education class, you can be lazy, because the management of physical education class in the university is particularly loose, especially like some badminton or table tennis classes, which are too relaxed. Basically, there is no need for exercise at all, so students' physical fitness will definitely decline if they don't exercise for four years in college. Anyway, a classmate in our dormitory has been in college for four years, and he doesn't participate in some activities or go. He runs at night, and then he often catches a cold, which makes him particularly ill. It was not until she went to the hospital that the doctor told her that this was because he often did not exercise from freshman to junior in college, that is to say, he basically did not exercise. As a result, his physical condition was particularly bad and his application immunity was very low, so he often went to the gym to witness it since then, because there was a free gym in our school. So it is very convenient to exercise, and for example, our playground is full at night, and many students run in the vicissitudes of life every night. I think this is a very good phenomenon. In college, besides studying, we should also pay attention to our health. When we are free, we should run more and do some exercise to keep healthy. It is very beneficial to have our bodies. Only with good health can we do other things.
