Community profile: Tianning Temple Beili Community was established in May of 200 1 year. According to the spirit of Document No.23 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the former Dongli Neighborhood Committee of Tianning Temple and Qianjie Beili Neighborhood Committee of Tianning Temple were merged into the Beili Community Neighborhood Committee of Tianning Temple on the principles of facilitating autonomy, management, resource allocation and regional identification. In April 2006, it merged with Huadian Community Neighborhood Committee to form a new Tianning Temple Beili Community Neighborhood Committee. The jurisdiction covers an area of 350,000 square meters, with 30 buildings and 5 bungalows, with a total of 2,978 households and 7,572 people. There are 55 representatives of community residents, and the community standing committee 1 1 person. Community jurisdiction: Tianning Temple Beili Community is located in the northeast corner of Guangwai District, east of the Second Ring Road of North Riverside, and borders Guangnei Street; South to Tianning Temple Front Street, adjacent to Tiannan Community, west to Tianning Temple West Street, connected to Xiaomachang Community, north to Lianhuachi East Road and bordering Xicheng District.
