What's the difference between unarmed training and gym training? Is there a big physical difference?
Our own unarmed training is similar to going to the gym by ourselves. The main reason is that you may hire a coach in the gym, and the coach will guide you more professionally, but if we train ourselves, we may encounter some bad phenomena, which is the difference.

And physical fitness can't be said to be better in the training room. Physical fitness depends entirely on your physical fitness and training methods. Some people train a lot, but their physical fitness can't keep up. Some people can get particularly good physical fitness by training casually, so physical fitness still depends on their actual situation.

If we can go to the gym, it's best to hire a coach, because the coach can help us find a more suitable exercise method, and the coach will clearly tell us what problems we need to pay attention to during the exercise to avoid being injured during the exercise.

However, I suggest hiring a personal trainer. If it is not a personal trainer, but a one-to-many one, the coach may not be in charge. Therefore, if we have the conditions and ability, it is safer to hire a personal trainer. Otherwise, we can train alone without going to the gym. In fact, the effect is almost the same, mainly depending on whether you can restrain yourself. Some people are particularly easy to give up if they can't restrain themselves.

If you train by yourself, I recommend running. Running is enough, but you should also pay attention to the method. You can't run too fast and too hard at once. You can search some running tips online, and then we should add a little more to the goal every time in the training process, and we can't always take one goal as the standard.

Only by constantly setting goals for yourself and then constantly surpassing them can we make progress, not just reaching a certain amount of training every day. Only in this way can our physical fitness get better and better. And if you go to the gym and have a coach to supervise you, but you practice alone, you have to supervise yourself.
