How to face the comfort zone
Comfort zone was originally a psychological concept, which refers to a person's psychological state and habitual behavior pattern. In this state or mode, people will feel very comfortable, completely relaxed and completely controlled, with almost no anxiety and stress.

Originally a neutral word, it is often used as a synonym for "content with the status quo" and "not striving for progress".

It is mentioned in the article that living in a comfort zone is not necessarily bad. Many scientists and people who have made great contributions to the world are constantly exploring in their comfort zones.

This reminds me of what I mentioned in the happiness class at Harvard University before, that we should do things that make ourselves happy, meaningful and give full play to our advantages. Then you can give full play to your advantages, which is actually a comfort zone.

But staying in the comfort zone doesn't mean that we just choose to stay there. We should constantly discover and challenge the boundaries of our comfort zone, not just stay in the comfort zone.

As the saying goes: there is pressure to have motivation. Proper stress is a good thing and can promote people's progress, but if you do something that you are not interested in and are not good at, then the pressure is too great, you will feel anxious and the pressure will become an obstacle.

This applies not only to ourselves, but also to children's education. We can't ask children to do things they don't like and are not good at.
