Why can't you run far?
There may be many factors.

1. No effective long-term exercise. Many people are not born to run well, but insist on exercising the day after tomorrow. A friend of mine taught me a method. You can try. Set a goal for yourself first, and then run one more lap every day than the day before. For example, one lap on the first day, two laps on the second day, three laps on the third day, and so on. When you think that running four laps on the fourth day is the limit, you only run four laps every day for 3.4 days, and your body gradually adapts and then continues to increase until you reach this goal.

2. Physical defects. You can run with artificial limbs without arms and legs, but if you have heart disease and really can't exercise vigorously, there is really no way.

3. There may be no strong stimulation. I can't keep running. I'm a slow runner and I can't run far. Once I played with a friend, and a terrible thing happened on the way. I ran away and waited for my friend several times. She has been running faster than me. Until now, I only hit her when I am too scared.

What's more, the expectation and encouragement of others can also support you to run longer. I was not good at sports since I was a child, and I only passed the 800-meter long-distance running. In fact, every time I took an exam, I felt exhausted after running for half a lap. I couldn't stand it. I can't hold my good friend on the edge of the runway and cheer for me desperately. On the one hand, I don't want to die, on the other hand, I don't want to disappoint the friendship of my friends and classmates. I can only encourage myself desperately, and it will be over after running for a while. I can't stop!

In a word, running is a beneficial sport, but if you don't like it, there is no need to practice. You can play in another sport.
