(1) Use a level to detect the ground flatness and mark it.

(2) Draw the position lines of the main and auxiliary keels according to the design requirements.

(3) keel laying:

B, the main keel center distance is 400 mm

C, the adjacent two rows of keel joints should be staggered by more than 400mm, the gap between the keel joints is about 3mm, and the keel joints are fixed with nails.

(4) Leveling:

A, every 2.8 meters laid a keel, leveling with a level within the scope of 2.8 meters * 2.8 meters.

B, according to the level control point elevation, use the guiding rule to level other points, and put a wooden pad and elastic rubber pad.

C. Fix the leveled wooden pad and elastic rubber pad with steel nails and fix them at the lower part of the main keel.

(5) Installation of rough floor:

Spread the rough floor on the keel and level it. The flatness error is 2m, measured with a ruler of ≤3mm.

20mm expansion joints are reserved around the gross floor from the wall.

(6) Laying moisture-proof and sound-proof film:

Spread a layer of PE moisture-proof film on the wool floor, and folding is not allowed.

(7) Laying surface floor:

A, panel installation should start from the middle of the site, laying on both sides respectively. The panel should be 20mm away from the surrounding wall, and the panel should be perpendicular to the upper keel. Mixed foot pavement.

B, adjacent two rows of panel joints should be staggered 100mm or more, the first row and the last row are fixed with steel nails, and the rest are fixed on the rough ground with special nails.
