As a college student who has just come into contact with professional knowledge, it is unscientific to directly contact with advanced professional knowledge before studying professional courses. The intense two-week internship life is over, and I have gained a lot in these two weeks. Summarize after the internship. During the internship, we visited seven places, including the Palace Museum, Shougang Hydraulic Workshop, the international student apartment in the school experimental building, two residential quarters and Fengtai Component Factory, for seven days. At the end of each visit, we sum up carefully and sort out what we have learned from the visit to lay a good foundation for future study. Although we can't fully understand all the knowledge explained by the teacher, it is a learning process after all, and we will gain something to varying degrees. And this is the significance of internship. First of all, I learned a lot of practical knowledge through practice. Through the visit, I closely observed the whole construction process and the structure of the factory building, and learned a lot of applicable and specific construction knowledge, which I seldom contact and pay attention to at school, but it is also very important and basic knowledge. For example, the binding of steel bars, the binding of the underlying foundation steel bars must first be lofting, and the number of joints per span steel bar is only 25%, that is, there is only one joint for four steel bars. In addition, the joint should be located in the compression zone as far as possible. In the process of building walls, if there are corners or intersections between walls, the two walls should be built together. In the process of leaving a gap, you can leave an oblique gap. If you want to leave a straight seam, you must leave a straight seam, with Rachel bars, but not a negative seam. In the process of concrete construction, we should pay special attention to the mixture ratio of concrete and pay attention to the hot curing. For an ancient building like the Forbidden City, it is also a large building, but it is used less in the future. However, in order to meet the needs of restoring ancient buildings, it is indispensable to preserve the culture of the motherland and the style of ancient countries. Therefore, it is necessary to study the structure of ancient buildings. For the workshop, we will have a course of single-storey workshop in the future, and we may develop the construction of on-site houses in the future. The basic knowledge of various architectural theories is interlinked, so it is essential to understand the workshop for future study or the need to enter the society in the future. The workshop consists of gables, beams, columns, roofs, horizontal supports and vertical supports. The whole structure is reinforced concrete structure. The trough rail with crane is installed on the cross beam. In order to stabilize the whole structure, the first part and the last part of the workshop are horizontally supported by the expert structure. When the depth exceeds 60 meters, there must be some horizontal support in the middle. Vertical support plays a reinforcing role on the heavy beam. As for the construction site, my experience is even deeper. I have great interest in both the construction process and the construction technology. At present, rubber concrete is mostly used in different buildings, and the structural solution can be frame shear wall. There are strict specifications for the use of reinforcement, from reinforcement to binding, to formwork erection, and then to grouting. Nothing can go wrong, and a small deviation may lead to serious consequences that cannot be cleaned up. In terms of construction technology, scaffolding, templates, including the use of new materials are more intuitive in front of us. We have seen two forms of scaffolding, full-house scaffolding and climbing frame. During construction, the formwork of the column should be removed the day after pouring concrete, while the formwork of the floor can only be removed in about fifteen days. Construction needs to be equipped with 3-4 layers of formwork. When the seismic performance of a single building is not very good, such as an L-shaped building, seismic joints and settlement joints will be designed, and the joints are generally designed at the L angle. Lightweight materials are the dominant materials in the future. Because the total amount of lightweight materials can be reduced by 20% compared with the original concrete structure, the self-weight of the building can be greatly reduced and resources can be saved. And the most eye-opening prefabricated components are really amazing. In order to speed up the construction and shorten the construction period, precast concrete components are the first choice, especially for large buildings, and the production of precast components reduces many problems. Although it is difficult to transport large components, the efficiency of on-site prefabrication and assembly is higher.
