This has really changed.

I really like to wear jeans before fitness, which is very slim. It's still those clothes that are fashionable and beautiful but difficult to wash. Shoes always like to wear high heels, even if they are not high heels, but they really change a lot after fitness.

Let's talk about the coat first. I am basically a very close-fitting and comfortable cotton coat, which is loose and easy to wear. I especially like to wear that sporty coat, mainly because it is more comfortable to sweat and easier to clean. I think it's good.

The lower body changed from jeans to skirts and tight socks. I wear skirts because they are easy to change. If I want to keep fit, I can change into sweatpants. Sometimes wear those socks and then wear a pair of shorts directly outside. There are many such combinations now, and I think it is very comfortable to wear yoga like this.

Shoes also like to wear sports shoes, because it feels really comfortable and you can run if you want. And I don't seem to care about height at all. Before, I was very concerned about my height. I always feel that I am a little short, and I have to wear high heels to have temperament. Now I have loafers and flat white shoes.

Basically, it is such a change, mainly in the direction of easy cleaning, easy putting on and taking off, and convenient fitness. Sometimes when you look in the mirror, you will feel that your collocation is really complicated, but it feels good. After all, it is very comfortable, but sometimes it will be very strange.
