First anniversary of regular fitness
Written in front: at the age of 24, I lost more than 20 kilograms on diet, and at the age of 30, I exercised body fat 10. Why did I add "all" because it was really inefficient and unscientific to rely on "death" for a whole year, but the result was not satisfactory. The following are some feelings from May last year to the first anniversary of regular fitness:

1 Exercise early, and the effect of fitness training at the age of 30 and 20 is much slower, especially the speed of muscle gain and fatigue recovery. I have been exercising intermittently in recent years, but my determination is not enough. I often stop for more than ten and a half months or even two months and three months for various subjective and objective reasons such as working overtime on business trips, and every time I restart my body, I will be "worse than death." Last year, I insisted on working overtime regardless of my life and death. Going out on business will also grab time, but I am addicted to sports.

2 girls are prone to lack of blood. Exercise should be moderate and gradual. Start with low-intensity exercises such as yoga, jogging and pilates, adapt to your physical fitness and muscle endurance, and gradually increase your strength and weight. Otherwise, they will easily run out of energy and feel weak and depressed, especially for girls who are seriously emotional. Exercise is for sunshine and health. If they are depressed, they will lose more than they gain.

As long as you start exercising, your appetite will get better and better, but you rarely want to eat irritating food. After half a year, your stomach will be clean. You will have no desire for sweets, fried hot pot, barbecue, ice cream and spicy pork, and you will unconsciously quit eating out. After eating takeout, you will feel greasy appetite and worse mood. Occasionally, because of the pressure of life and work, it is easy to retaliate against overeating, and the selected food becomes cucumber and banana cherry tomatoes. When your appetite is wide open, you will be relieved, but you can empty it immediately the next day.

Exercise to lose weight is in the "platform period" most of the time, and it will take about one month to get results, and it will take only two or three months or even longer in the later period. Everyone's basic conditions are different, and their performance is different. Most of them are "suffering", so they must be stable. Especially, girls have heavy bodies and stiff limbs before menstruation, which will secrete inert hormones and affect their thoughts and emotions. We must work hard to persist. Disconnecting for a week is equivalent to restarting their body consciousness and disconnecting.

Don't go on a diet to lose weight. In front of me, more than 20 kilograms fell on a diet. Physical endurance declines, cardiopulmonary function declines, metabolism slows down, blood circulation deteriorates, and menstrual cycle shortens. Come on, a few years ago, you were so sick that you were panting after working overtime. What's even more frightening is that your metabolism drops. If you don't eat meat for a long time, the meat will "store water", which is called heavy moisture, loose skin, dark yellow face and bloated figure. You can't go on a diet to lose weight.

Fitness is the fairest and most sunny thing in the world. Nothing is better than lying in bed after sweating. There are no shortcuts and no comparisons. Every time you go all out to reach your physical limit, you will feel gratified. Seeing the abdominal muscles buried for more than 30 years in the morning, I am moved and satisfied every day!
