Exercise before going to bed to lose weight:
1. Hands, knees and legs: kneel on the bed and support the ground with both hands. Lift and straighten your right arm and left leg to the highest position, and slowly lower them. Then switch to the left arm and right leg. Repeat 10 times.
2. Sit on your back and lift your hips: bend your legs, lie on your back, and put your hands on your sides. Push your heels hard, slowly lift your hips, and then slowly put them down. Repeat 10 times;
3. Shoulder lifting: On the prone bed, straighten your arms forward, slowly lift your upper body to the highest point, slightly raise your head, and then slowly put it down. Repeat 10 times;
This is how lazy people lose weight. It feels good. It's as simple as spending some time exercising, kicking, reaching out and losing weight in bed before going to bed.
