If you want to keep running every day, it is really a long-term project. If you don't have a little perseverance, you may not persist. For example, I started to apply for a fitness card in the gym for one year, but I have never been to the gym again this year. Later, I vowed to get another fitness card for two years, and I must go every day. As a result, I went to the gym for about four months in a row, and then it was gone. The result is no result.
Because of laziness, I always pull my fitness buddy before going to the gym. If they go, I will go myself. If they don't, I will secretly give myself a vacation, so I don't want to run, because when I run, I will be motivated to see my buddies with me.
Also, if you insist on running, you must have your own beliefs. For example, if you want to run to lose weight, you should always remind yourself that in order to lose weight, slim down and put on beautiful clothes, you must keep running and make yourself beautiful. Put on beautiful clothes, and naturally you can stick to it for a week or so, and slowly find your own feelings, so that you won't hate running anymore and you can stick to it.
