Happy Run in Forbidden City
Yesterday, I went to the Happy Run in the Forbidden City for the first time. I went with the mentality of giving it a try and wanted to experience the feeling of visiting the Forbidden City. In the steady pace and breathing, the sky will be dark, slowly running through the periphery of the Forbidden City, feeling its heavy cultural atmosphere. There are many people running in the "first ring" of Beijing, which also constitutes a running scene in Beijing.

To tell the truth, the quality of this pavement is not very good. There are many sewers to avoid and the roads are narrow. In addition, it's dark here, so you need to be very careful when running, otherwise it's easy to sprain your ankle, and it's not a good place for long-term training, but this route is very classic and worth jogging occasionally.

Yesterday, I read Mastering Habits recommended by Fan Deng, and I basically understood the author's thinking about habit formation, that is, the four steps of habit formation, namely: prompt-desire-action-feedback. To form good habits, tips should be very obvious, desires should be very attractive, actions should be simple and easy, and finally there should be enough feedback. The book also talks about several habit-forming skills, such as following other existing habits to cultivate new habits, such as following the habit of getting up early to form the habit of writing, and following the habit of running to form the habit of fitness.

Yesterday, I went to the Forbidden City in fun run, which is actually a kind of feedback on my running habits, so that I can experience the fun of running in many ways. Because running a road for a long time and running at the same time for a long time is easy to get bored, and people are easy to get lazy, which is not good for habit formation. So occasionally there will be some new desires to deepen the habit of running through an easy movement. After running, you will still feel the thrill of exercise. Although it may be too far and time-consuming, it is not easy to do it in action, so you will not always stick to the Forbidden City in fun running, but the habit of running will always stick to it.

Facing an important turning point in life this year, there may be some big changes. I have been thinking about how to go in the future, and I am also reviewing the road I have traveled. I am constantly examining and analyzing myself, hoping to see clearly how to go in the future. In this process, I began to pay attention to cultivating my writing habits, and then I understood the formation mechanism of the habits. No matter how you go and develop in the future, you can't do without your daily efforts. You won't relax your requirements, but you need to pay attention to perseverance. You can't always do things for three minutes, or just stick to it for half a year. If you want to achieve something, you must stick to what you do for a long time.

But in any case, we should keep running, reading and writing. Running keeps us healthy, reading makes us get all kinds of nutrition quickly, and writing makes us think more clearly, keep serious output, and consolidate the knowledge and ability we have gained. It is also necessary to adhere to the principle that actions speak louder than words. If you have an idea in the middle of your life, you have to work hard. You can't just sit and talk about it. It won't have any impact on your life.

If you think of something good, try and work hard. If you think it is meaningful, stick to it and live every day for the rest of your life to make every day more meaningful.
