Cultivating education is the core content of school moral education. Through practical and effective training, students should be trained to develop good habits of study, life and behavior, so that students can get active, lively, healthy and all-round development. In order to effectively enhance the effectiveness of moral education, our school has made a comprehensive plan for students' cultivation education.

I. Legal basis

1, UNESCO pointed out that the mission of 2 1 century education is to help students "learn to be human, learn to do things, learn to learn, and learn to get along."

2. China's "Implementation Outline of Citizen Moral Construction" puts forward five requirements for citizen literacy: "self-esteem, self-love, and attention to appearance; Sincere, friendly and polite; Abide by the law and study hard; Diligence and thrift, filial piety to parents; Be strict with yourself and abide by public morality ";

After eight years of research, the research group of China Youth Research Center suggested that adult education in schools should focus on cultivating students' good habits in three aspects: being a person, doing things and studying, which can be summarized as 12, namely: (1) being a person: being sincere, honest and trustworthy, being serious and responsible, and being confident and self-reliant; (2) Doing things: obeying rules, paying attention to efficiency, friendly cooperation and reasonable consumption; (3) Learning: active learning, independent thinking, combination of learning and application, and summary and reflection.

Second, the specific requirements

According to relevant laws and regulations, our school defines the overall goal of students' cultivation education as "laying a comprehensive foundation for students' lifelong development". Through fostering education, we can help students to establish a correct view of good and evil, right and wrong, values and honor and disgrace, and develop good living habits, behavior habits and study habits. Mainly includes:

Living habits-the habit of not being picky about food, the habit of working and sleeping on time, the habit of dressing neatly and stressing hygiene (3);

Behavioral habits-no littering, no teasing, no chasing, civilized language, no swearing, cleaning up and doing housework by yourself, communicating with parents, saluting and obeying rules (6);

Study habits-habit of previewing, habit of sorting out wrong problem sets, habit of reviewing in time, habit of independent homework, habit of reading after class, habit of participating in class (6).

Third, the linkage network

Cultivating education is a systematic project, which cannot be separated from the harmony among family, school and society. Therefore, in the process of cultivating education, we advocate "two guidance and one linkage", that is, school guidance, family supervision and social linkage.

School guidance

The main body of formative education is the school, and school guidance mainly includes three aspects: guiding parents to use scientific methods to carry out family students' habit formation education; Instruct the class to carry out education collectively; Instruct students to cultivate good habits.

1, family education guidance. Educator Fukuzawa Yukichi said: "Family is a habitual school and parents are habitual teachers." Therefore, our school pays special attention to the cooperation of parents and the guidance of family education, so that parents can consciously and actively assume the responsibility of "teacher" in habit-forming education. The school has set up a "Family Education Committee" to organize parents to cooperate with the school's education work. Parents' training courses are held twice a semester, presided over by the Political and Educational Affairs Office of the school, and highly respected experts, successful parents who teach their children and experienced school teachers are hired to teach parents respectively, thus solving the problems that plague parents. Schools regularly edit "Parents' Newspaper", issue "Parents' Letters", recommend educational methods to parents, and inform the main contents and key work of a certain stage of school education in order to obtain parents' cooperation. At the same time, the home-school contact system is formulated, and educational information is exchanged in time by using the home-school contact card.

2, class construction guidance. The school holds two training courses for class teachers every academic year, and insists on holding a regular meeting of class teachers once a month to guide the work of class teachers; Regularly train cadres to improve their management ability. Put forward the following five basic requirements in management:

In this way, let each class form a good habit of self-management and self-education.

3. Guidance to students' good habits. With the theme education activities as the carrier, there are plans to educate and guide students in stages.

(2) Family supervision

The school encourages parents to make a plan for students' formative education, start from a small place, plan and stage by stage, and urge students to carry out personalized formative education and training. Parents are required to urge students to achieve "four three minutes" every day, that is, three minutes of housework, three minutes of reciting ancient poems, three minutes of communication and three minutes of reflection.

(3) Social connection

The school actively develops social education resources, employs off-campus counselors, and guides and supervises students' behavior habits in many ways.

Our school adheres to the cultivation education mode with "understanding-guidance-practice-evaluation" as the main line.

Understanding: let students understand the importance of developing good behavior habits and clarify the basic requirements of developing education. The school adopts the methods of "three meetings" (morning meeting, class meeting and school meeting) and "one lesson" (morality), and makes students understand the importance of developing good behavior habits through class team activities, school broadcasts, blackboard newspapers, billboards, handwritten newspapers, essay competitions and theme class meetings.

Guidance: (1) The school has formulated the Code of Conduct for Students in Jingchuan No.4 Middle School, which comprehensively regulates students' daily behaviors. Every September, the school's Political and Educational Affairs Office organizes all students to learn the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students, One-day Work and Rest for Students in Jingchuan No.4 Middle School, Study and Rest for Students in Jingchuan No.4 Middle School, and Basic Requirements for Civilization and Etiquette Education in Jingchuan No.4 Middle School. Practice: According to the requirements of formative education, take activities as the carrier, cultivate students' good behavior habits in a planned and step-by-step way, and then the habits will become natural. Persist in focusing on one behavior habit every month, implement the refinement goal of1–2 every week, and cultivate students' good behavior habits through step-by-step training and repeated reinforcement. The following activities are mainly planned for this school year.

1, launch "Good Habit Education Month". Our school will designate March every year as "Students' Good Habit Education Month". The Political and Educational Affairs Office has formulated a detailed plan, which is implemented step by step in publicity, self-examination, rectification, summary and evaluation.
