In fact, there are many taboos in fitness training that can't be touched. For fitness veterans, they naturally know the dangers of these taboos, but for many novices, everything is their own groping training, which is often easy to suffer. Many beginners will feel particularly empty after just starting fitness and after each fitness training, and often feel uncomfortable and can't adapt for many days. Then why?
First, I practice too fast.
In fact, it's not just the fitness field, no matter what field, you can't rush at the beginning, otherwise it's easy to suffer, as many novices do. At the beginning of fitness, they practiced in a hurry, didn't know how heavy they were, and worked blindly. They added some barbells to other people's weight-bearing training, so they must keep up. There are still many people who are eager to lose weight and gain muscle, and often train.
Second, diet and rest.
Fitness doesn't just mean that you have been practicing for a long time. Diet and rest are often more important than your training. The reason why bodybuilders are too busy is that they are incompatible with ordinary people in diet and rest, and they can't eat high-calorie food in diet. What kinds of boiled chicken breast and boiled beef are called "strange meals"? On the rest, be sure to go to bed early and give yourself enough sleep time.
Third, informality.
Although fitness training seems simple, it still needs a regular fitness plan. Fishing for three days and drying the net for two days often can't achieve good fitness effect. Many beginners just think that if I don't practice today, I won't practice tomorrow, and I'll just make up the day after tomorrow. Fitness people with this idea can't guarantee their fitness efficiency and can't stand it physically.
There is too much knowledge about fitness. For us ordinary bodybuilders, although we don't need to know everything, we should at least know some fitness knowledge. Otherwise, our fitness effect is not good, so let's not talk about it. In the end, it was really not worth the loss.
Do you feel uncomfortable after fitness? What is it about?
