First, our training plan can't stay the same forever. Whether it is biceps brachii, triceps brachii or other sports, the same scheme should be used for three or four months. If you always use the same plan and repeat the same action every day, first of all, your body and muscles will gradually adapt to this action, and over time, they will lose their due effect.

Take my triceps training as an example. When I first started practicing triceps, I didn't change the movements of pressing rope and supine arm flexion and extension for a long time. In the first few months, the exercise effect is very obvious, and the circumference is also increased, but the muscles gradually adapt and it is more difficult to get stimulation. In the past, the pump felt full after three groups of actions, but now it feels normal after five groups. Therefore, one action cannot be used all the time, and the plan should be changed appropriately.
Second, a little more advanced can try the super group. The so-called super group is to finish one action and immediately move on to the next without rest. For example, when practicing your arms, you should press the rope immediately after finishing the double-headed bend. This arrangement is very exciting to the muscles and the training feels great.
