Can fresh bayberry be soaked in wine? How to make Yangmei wine?
June is the season when Myrica rubra is listed in large quantities every year. In our local area, Yangmei usually sells only 1 kg of 8 yuan at this time, so I buy more Yangmei to make Yangmei wine for grandpa's fitness every June. Grandpa especially likes to drink my waxberry fruit wine, because my waxberry fruit wine is not only mellow and moist, but also can quench my thirst when the weather is hot.

Recently, many fans ask me every day: how to make waxberry wine, and what is the formula for making waxberry? In fact, Master Hu didn't know how to make Yangmei wine at first, and many people around him couldn't make Yangmei wine. However, Master Hu is a keen researcher, so I practiced many times at that time and finally found a formula for making Yangmei wine, which was used for many years. Today, Master Hu tells you all the production methods and recipes of authentic waxberry fruit wine, and you can learn to make waxberry fruit wine in one minute.

Raw material preparation: red bayberry 1000g, sake 1200ml, old rock sugar 450g, baking soda 2g, starch 10g, and appropriate amount of cold salad.

Preparation of waxberry fruit wine;

Step 1: First put bayberry into a bowl, then put all the starch, baking soda and cold boiled water into the bowl, then stir the water evenly, soak bayberry/kloc-0.5 minutes, and then rinse bayberry twice with cold boiled water for later use.

Step 2: Put the cleaned bayberry into a dustpan, and then put the dustpan in the sun to dry the bayberry for 2 hours.

Step 3: Prepare a dustpan jar, then put all bayberry and rock sugar into the jar, then put sake into the jar, and finally seal the jar and wait patiently for 15 days to drink.

Master Hu has something to say:

1. When making red bayberry wine, red bayberry must be soaked in starch and baking soda for 15 minutes, because there are white worms in red bayberry. If these white worms are not removed, the taste of bayberry fruit wine will be affected.

After washing bayberry, be sure to expose it to the sun for 2 hours. If the hydrous red bayberry is soaked in sake, it will affect the taste of red bayberry wine.

3. Generally, bayberry fruit wine can be drunk after soaking for 15 days. It is not recommended to soak bayberry for a long time (no more than half a year), otherwise it will lead to the blackening of bayberry wine!
