How to make an annual plan

1. What is OKR?

OKR's full name is objectives &;; KeyResults, that is, the goal and key results are condensed together, which is "the decomposition and implementation of key results to ensure the realization of enterprise goals" OKR is a simple and effective enterprise target management system, which can run through the grassroots from top to bottom. For a project, setting goals is very important, because it determines how to do it and to what extent.

OKR is a communication tool and a goal and direction. OKR must be quantifiable (time and quantity), such as setting exercise goals during fitness, if it is only defined as "We should strive to improve our physical fitness! This is definitely not a good OKR because it cannot be measured. A good OKR is "the running time this year has doubled compared with last year".

Second, how to make the OKR form?

First of all, we must set a goal for this year, which must be quantifiable. For example, xxxx loses twice as much weight as xxxx. Secondly, write the key results according to the set goals, such as: the body fat rate decreased by XX; Leg circumference is thin, Xcm, etc. Then, set the completion period of each key result. Then talk about task decomposition for each key result, such as: how long to practice every week and which group of exercises to do. Finally, make a summary and reply in time.

Third, the annual planning process

1, set annual goals: for example, what skills to learn in xxxx; How much do you owe for this trip? Read a book? Get rid of which bad habit? What kind of self-discipline habit have you developed? ……。

2. Develop corresponding key results for each goal.

3. Set a time period for each goal to be completed.

4. Break down tasks according to key results.

5. Tracking and rewinding.

6. Join an interesting challenge.

7. Set a reward for each task: it can be a small trip or a desired item, which has material incentives and is more conducive to completing the task.
