Fitness is really a painful thing. Go ahead. I am so tired that I am sweating all over. In two weeks, I will be weighed, just like at the beginning. Instead of decreasing, it seems to have increased several times.

Everyone knows that fitness can't happen overnight. Very long, very long, extremely painful! ! ! !

Some people say, you stick to it for a month. You will love it, and your body will react differently. Ah! How much I hate fitness, but how much I want to lose weight, because I have to pay, otherwise, I will waste the food I squeezed out of my teeth! This is simply unforgivable! ! !

So, I had to force myself to go to the gym and take a hot bath more comfortable than the dormitory. I wait for the day when girls need a rest almost every day, so that I can be lazy with a smooth face.

To tell the truth, except not thin. In fact, sweating is still a little rewarding. At least, my health seems to be better than before. Don't say sleep. Some people say that fitness can improve the quality of sleep. I really don't feel this way. Maybe it's because I'm used to staying up late, and all the lights in the dormitory are turned off. /kloc-I didn't go to bed until 0/2, as if I had wasted a day. But compared with before, my body has changed a little. I seem to have fewer headaches after staying up late. It's true.

Fitness is really an extremely painful thing. I calculate how long it will take me to face the end of my physical fitness in pain every day. Finally, I found that many of them could actually be done at home, and then I regretted it. Why should I do it for two years? Very sad! ! ! ! !

I walked on the road, wanted to walk but didn't want to, and wandered to the gym. After all, I still believe in persistence.
