This is a simple and coherent set of movements. 12 posture can exercise every part of the body and keep people young. You can choose to practice on an empty stomach in the morning or two hours after dinner. If you persist for 3 days, I believe you will spend your whole life falling in love with it!
Move 1, put your hands on your chest and exhale.
Action 2, inhale, raise your arms above your head, bend back, straighten your knees and elbows, and put your arms next to your ears.
Move for 3 years and exhale. Bend forward, palms together, elbows bent to your sides.
Action 3b: Move your hands to the ground and put them at your feet. Try to let your forehead touch your knees and straighten your knees. If your hands don't touch the ground, bend your knees.
Move 4. Keep your hands still, raise your head and extend your right leg backwards. Inhale, land on your right knee, raise your head and bend your left leg at right angles.
Action 5, exhale. Hands upright, left foot close to right foot, hips off the ground, fingers pointing straight ahead, tightening abdominal muscles. Beginners can bend their knees.
Move 6, hold your breath. Knees, chest, chin, butt up. Beginners can let their knees land first, then their chests land, and finally their chins land.
Action 7, inhale. Slide your body forward until your hips are flat and your abdomen touches the ground. Keep your arms upright, bend back, hold your chest out, and keep your abdomen and legs on the ground.
Action 8, the sole of the foot touches the ground, the hands and feet are still, the hips are raised, the arms are stretched forward, and then the head is lowered, and the whole body is triangular.
Move 9 and repeat step 4. But this time, put your right leg forward, put it between your hands and land on your left knee. Inhale.
Move 10, exhale. Repeat 3b, then repeat 3a.
Move 1 1, breathe in. Stretch and bend back (same as step 2).
