Finally, family fitness lacks systematic study and professional guidance. Even if a person can be self-disciplined enough to exercise at home every day, it is impossible for him to learn various fitness methods like a gym, and he can only repeat fixed movements. And there is no coach around, so the movements we usually practice may not be standardized. After a long time, not only can you not exercise, but it will hurt your health.

In a word, family fitness can never replace gym fitness. If conditions permit, don't care about the cost of the fitness card, but walk into the gym generously and receive professional training.
