Calculasian is a choir founded by several China students at the University of California, Berkeley. The team consists of seven members: Chen Xu, Li, Lu Ye, He Zhiyao and Dong Yifei, a behind-the-scenes worker. A song "The Evolution of China Pop Music" recorded by the team perfectly interprets past lives of China pop music in the form of vocal chorus, which became popular on the Internet on 20 13. Later recorded films such as Still Jay Chou (Up and Down), Ordinary Road and Cultivating Love attracted many fans' onlookers and favorable comments. In 20 15, they raised100000 yuan in a short time through online crowdfunding, and will release their first album in 20 16, making their official debut. Semiscon Vocal Band, founded in 2002, is the first professional band in Taiwan Province province to perform in the form of pure vocals. The orchestra adopts cappella's performance mode, breaks through the traditional concept and limitation of chorus, integrates vocal singing, harmony skills, drama performance, dance position and stage lighting, and its style wanders between classical, jazz and Chinese and western pop, giving the audience a whole and unique audio-visual experience. It is a music team with innovative ability and flexible performance in Taiwan Province Province.
