1. Slice bitter gourd, the thinner the better.
2. Put the bitter gourd into a slightly larger container, then add a little salt and mix well.
3. About half an hour, squeeze the water out of bitter gourd by hand (remember to wash your hands first! )
4. Bitter gourd can be added with sesame oil, or other dishes you like, such as Beijing cake, boiled peanuts, cashews and so on. You can add some salt if it is not salty.
If you like sweets, you can pour some sprite and add two slices of lemon, which is also good.
6. Don't pour out the bitter gourd juice.
