Anyang Traditional Chinese Medicine School is located in the city center, adjacent to Anyang Railway Station and Bus Station, and was founded in 1958. This school is a full-time public secondary specialized school for the whole province. It is one of the first nine demonstration schools of Chinese medicine education established by the National Preventive University in state administration of traditional chinese medicine, and was identified as a provincial key secondary specialized school by the Henan Provincial Education Commission in 2000. Therefore, the school is not run by the people.
