3. The method of eating noodles and meat separately. This method is that you either eat only flour and starch or only meat.

This is calculated by the day, that is, from the first meal to the end of the day, you must choose one of them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Either only eat noodles this day, or only eat meat this day, and you must not eat starch for breakfast, meat for lunch and starch for dinner. A day's meals must be unified. When I lose weight, I choose pasta once a week, that is, I don't eat a bite of meat. I lost about 2 kilograms. This is the least painful one, but it is also the least effective one. It's best not to drink milk and never eat sweets. Sweet food is not starch, no drinks, no sugar. Even if you eat rice, it is recommended not to exceed half a bowl per meal. If you insist on it in the first week, it will be about 2-3KG. If you stick to it for two weeks, it is absolutely no problem to lose 4-5KG, which is equivalent to two weeks 10 kg.
