L-carnitine
L-carnitine, also known as L-carnitine or transliteration carnitine, is an amino acid that promotes the transformation of fat into energy, and red meat is the main source of L-carnitine. L-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid substance in human body, which can transport fat to mitochondria, accelerate the burning and decomposition of fat, and make consumers lose weight. Has no toxic or side effects on human body. Different types of daily diets already contain 5- 100 mg of L-carnitine, but the average person can only take 50 mg from the diet every day, even less for vegetarians.
It is recommended not to go on a diet during taking L-carnitine, but to eat normally. Otherwise, once L-carnitine is stopped and diet is resumed, it is easy to rebound.
