Fried shrimp
The way of doing things
1. Wash the shrimps and put them in a colander to control the drainage.
2. Put the oil in the pot, pour in the shrimp controlled by mountain spring water when it is 60% to 70% hot, and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Pick up the fried seafood for later use.
4. Heat the oil in the pot to 80% heat again, pour in the sea lobster again, fry for 1 min, and take it out for later use.
5. Put the onion in another pot and pour in the rice wine.
6. Pour in soy sauce with sugar and simmer on low heat.
7. Add sugar candle juice and bring to a boil.

1. Fried shrimp is basically a zero-success dish. The key link here is speculation. Pour a little more oil, put a chopstick in the pot, and bubbles appear around the chopsticks.
