Composition:
Rye flour (200g), walnuts (40g), raisins (60g), eggs (4), milk (100g), whole wheat flour (300g), oats (80g) and miscellaneous grains (corn flakes, black rice flakes, oatmeal flakes, sorghum flakes, buckwheat flakes, etc. )(40g)。
Accessories:
Baking powder (6g), salt (4g), brown sugar (50g), wheat germ (10g), litchi meat (40g), olive oil (40g) and water (150g).
Exercise:
1. Prepare 80g original oats first.
2. Prepare 200 grams of rye.
