Over the past year, the District Wushu Association has publicized and implemented the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, guided by Theory of Three Represents, and focused on the party's sports line, principles and policy requirements, so as to serve the inheritance of advanced culture and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Under the guidance of the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee, the District Cultural and Sports Bureau and the Community Office of the District Civil Affairs Bureau, with the goal of developing Wushu, various activities of Wushu Association were carried out through "establishing rules and regulations, laying a solid foundation, holding a harmonious meeting, seeking truth and being pragmatic".

At the beginning of its establishment, the District Wushu Association established and improved its internal institutions (including office, finance department, social training department, competition department, coaches, referees and evaluation team) in strict accordance with the requirements of its articles of association. Under the supervision of the Standing Committee of the District Wushu Association, the work plan of the association and the functional work contents of each department have been formulated, and each department has its own duties, forming a work pattern with rules to follow and standardized management.
In the first quarter, the office of the District Wushu Association carefully summarized and compiled the work responsibilities of various functional departments. While coordinating the implementation of various functional positions, we should pay attention to internal management and external image building, and strengthen communication with news media, enterprises and institutions, schools and social organizations in all directions. The Ministry of Social Training has established the "District Wushu Association Member Club", which provides a good platform for members' training and exchange, and holds various Wushu trainings all year round. Duan's evaluation group has seriously carried out the evaluation of Wushu in China, which has raised the level of Wushu competition of Wushu lovers in our region to a new level. The Competition Referee Department carefully organized the "First Wulin Cup Wushu Competition in XX District" to assist the Municipal Sports Bureau to participate in the Sanshou and Children's Wushu Routine Competition of the Second Municipal Sports Meeting, and achieved good results. The finance department strictly abides by the discipline of financial management, so that the accounts are managed, clear, reconciled, audited and supervised.
The Standing Council of the Association insists on holding a working meeting every quarter, and the directors hold a symposium every six months, which promotes the implementation of the democratic deliberation and collective research management system on major issues of the Association, enables the work of the Wushu Association to achieve a clear division of labor, orderly operation, individual duties and collective efforts, and ensures the benign operation of various activities of the Wushu Association.

As soon as the District Wushu Association was established, it was faced with three problems that restricted its development: First, the strength of Wushu teachers was weak. Second, the quality of Wushu team is not high. Third, there is a serious shortage of funds for activities. If we can't solve the above three bottlenecks that restrict development well and do a good job in basic work, Wushu Association can't develop and grow well. In view of the above situation, the team of Wushu Association will concentrate on solving the following basic problems with a pragmatic attitude.
(1) Strengthen the training of Wushu teachers and improve their quality.
The ability and quality of teachers is the key to promote and improve the development of Wushu in our region. In order to improve teachers' ability and quality, we adopt inline introduction, please come in and go out, and form our own team of coaches, referees and clerks on the basis of self-cultivation and improvement.
Over the past year, Wushu Association has held two training courses for coaches and referees, and hired Professor * * * from Provincial Normal University, Professor * * from Municipal Normal College and Rongguang Lu, a senior Wushu coach from Municipal Youth Sports School, as instructors. At the same time, four players who won the fourth grade in China Wushu were sent to Fuzhou Institute of Physical Education for Tai Ji Chuan training, so as to improve the professional quality of coaches. With the support of the District Bureau of Culture and Sports, we trained three third-level referees, actively attracted coaches who graduated from colleges and universities to participate in Wushu Association activities, and hired Tai Ji Chuan champion of the 10th National Games as the technical general consultant of the District Wushu Association to help improve the coaching team of Wushu Association coaches.
Wushu Association attaches importance to the implementation of Wushu grades in China while training existing teachers. During the year, China Wushu positions were declared, trained, evaluated and approved in spring and autumn. A total of 83 members participated in the Wushu post evaluation in China, of which 16 got the intermediate Wushu post in China and 67 got the junior Wushu post in China. The number of athletes and coaches who have obtained this level ranks first in the city, which provides a good reserve force for the training and application of teachers' reserve talents and meets the needs of the development of Wushu associations in our region.

When Wushu Association was just established, in order to create a good Wushu training place for its members and provide a foothold for its future development, Wushu Association decided to set up a "District Wushu Association Member Club". In the absence of funds and equipment, the Wushu Association mobilized all its members to start a club, with the leaders of the Wushu Association personally in charge.
