There are two kinds of ointment: external use and internal use. External ointment is a commonly used pharmaceutical dosage form in external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, which is not only used for skin, sores and other diseases, but also used in internal medicine and gynecology.
The meaning of cream prescription
The meaning of paste is wider: if it refers to things, oil is paste; If it refers to the form, it is called a condensed but not solid paste; If you mean taste, take sweet ginger as paste. Shan Hai Jing once said, "Good words are delicious and smooth as paste". If it refers to the content, it refers to the essence of things. If it refers to the function, it is to nourish the paste for a long time and moisturize it.
In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, ointment is a kind of Chinese patent medicine with advanced nutrition, comprehensive treatment and prevention. On the basis of large-scale polyjuice potion, different prescriptions are established according to people's different physique and clinical manifestations, and some auxiliary materials are added after thick frying to make a viscous semi-liquid or frozen dosage form. Among them, authentic medicinal materials are selected as far as possible in the prescription, and the whole production process is strictly operated. Only finely processed cream can finally become the top grade.
Gypsum history
Plaster prescription has a long history, starting from Han and Tang dynasties. There are records about ointment in Huangdi Neijing, such as horse ointment, which is mainly used for external use. Aconitum ointment and pig ointment recorded in Zhang Zhongjing's synopsis of the golden chamber in the Eastern Han Dynasty are the earliest records of oral ointment. Some decoctions in Qian Jin Fang in Tang Dynasty are basically the same as those in modern ointment, such as the decoction of perilla, Wang Dao's Secret Recipe of Six Decoction Outside Taiwan and so on.
In the Song Dynasty, the ointment gradually replaced the decoction, basically following the style of the Tang Dynasty, and its use became more and more extensive. For example, Qiongyu ointment recorded in Hongshi Jifang in the Southern Song Dynasty is still in use today, and the habit of containing animal medicines in the ointment has been handed down, such as Shengjigen ointment. At this time, the ointment has the functions of treating diseases and nourishing.
The cream prescription was more perfect and mature in Ming and Qing dynasties, which showed that the name of the cream prescription was formal and the production was standardized. Ointment refers to nourishing prescription, while soup refers to decoction. The number is greatly increased, and the clinical application is more extensive.

Some young and middle-aged white-collar workers and office workers are usually busy with work and lack exercise. Physical examination indicators are basically normal, with many symptoms, such as depression, irritability, melancholy, anxiety, few words, poor communication, insomnia, forgetfulness, fatigue, backache, shoulder and neck stagnation, weakness of lower limbs, loss of appetite, sexual dysfunction, etc ... In the view of "undiagnosed" Chinese medicine practitioners, this can easily develop into a spirit. Treatment with ointment can correct sub-health and help to restore health, which is also an important content of "preventing disease" in traditional Chinese medicine.
3. Rehabilitation of patients
Surgery will change the vascular system, metabolic system and immune system of human body, which can be adjusted appropriately and recovered well. Moreover, nutritional adjustment after illness is also very important for patients' recovery. For example, pneumonia, especially severe pneumonia, has obvious damage to the whole body. In order to restore physical strength and physique to the best state, proper adjustment and maintenance is of positive significance. After tumor chemotherapy, the body is obviously damaged. Taking ointment at this time can play a certain role in restoring physical fitness and prolonging the quality of life of cancer patients.

Applying ointment to treat these senile deficiency syndromes can improve symptoms and delay aging.
The best season to take ointment.
Winter is the best season for tonic all year round, and cream is the best choice for tonic in winter. Generally, the best time is about 50 days from winter to Sunday, that is, from the ninth day to the sixth day (the ninth day is from the last nine days to Sunday in beginning of winter, and the ninth day is from 18 ...).
Why did you choose to take cream in severe winter?
In addition to easy storage, it is mainly because of the characteristics of "spring, summer, autumn and winter storage". Winter is the season of storage, with cold weather, strong appetite and dense food, which is more than hot days regardless of quantity and quality requirements.
"Su Wen Si Qi Diao Ling" said: "In winter and March, this is called closing Tibet". Therefore, winter is a good time to make up for it in time. There is a folk saying in China: "Tonifying in winter kills tigers in spring", which is somewhat exaggerated, but it also shows that winter tonic is the best time.
