The following methods are recommended:

1. Press and hold down the volume down key+power on key at the same time in the power-off state.

2. The guide interface appears, release it, and then enter the restore brush tool.

3. After automatically returning to the menu, click Clear Cache until automatically returning to the main menu.

5. Select Restart and restart.

If it is a Chinese menu. The same is true if you choose to clear the cache separately.
