Professor Wang Min has outstanding scientific research and development potential, and has been devoted to the screening and improvement of industrial microbial strains with important edible and medicinal value, the catalytic reaction and process regulation of microbial cells, the functional analysis of traditional fermented food production strains and the research of fermentation technology. With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Science and Technology Support Plan, its scientific and technological innovation ability and team leadership ability have been rapidly improved. He presided over more than 0 research projects 10, such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the Science and Technology Support Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National 863 Plan, and the key scientific and technological projects in Tianjin. He has published more than 60 academic papers in international professional journals, including more than 40 articles collected by SCI or EI, and authorized or published more than one invention patent 10. Many of its research achievements have been industrialized in enterprises and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. Won the second prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress 3, the third prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress 2, and the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Outstanding Contribution Award of Tianjin Planning Commission.
