Stand far enough away from the table, stretch your arms forward, hold the edge of the table with both hands and exchange leg lifts.
Sit in the front half of the chair, put your left hand on the outside of your right knee, put your right hand on the chair surface behind you, inhale backwards with your fingertips, and gently turn your head to the right to exhale.
Go home, take off your shoes, stand still, spread your legs slightly, squat down, put your hands on the ground, touch your heels with your hips, take a deep breath, and then try to raise your hips and stretch your legs, with your toes and fingers touching the ground.
