Officers and civilian cadres 1, deputy battalion level or deputy division level (including professional and technical level11);
2. Officers and civilian cadres who have served in active service or in the army for more than 0/5 years;
3. Officers, civilian cadres, deputy company officers or second-class clerks (including professional and technical level 12) who have served in frontier counties (cities), desert areas, remote areas designated by the state and islands designated by the army, as well as ships of the army and air force performing maritime tasks, have worked in the above-mentioned troops or ships for more than 3 years.
4. Professional technical officers and professional technical civilian cadres who graduated from colleges and universities and have been engaged in testing, measurement and control for more than 5 years in missile, satellite and nuclear weapon test and training bases, or engaged in assembly inspection for more than 5 years in strategic missile units;
5. Officers who have served in the navy, the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and ships, boats and ships (only for maritime missions) and have worked in ships, boats and ships for more than 3 years (including professional technical level 13) and above;
6. Aircrew members (including flight, navigation, communication, shooting and maintenance, the same below) or officers serving on nuclear submarines;
7. Officers and civilian cadres (except aircrew) who are stationed at or above the battalion level and at the section level (including professional and technical level 10) in Beijing urban area, or officers and civilian cadres at the deputy battalion level and deputy section level (including professional and technical level10/) who have served in the army for more than 15 years.
