Anqiu City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula, and one of the first coastal counties and cities approved by the State Council.
The history and culture of Anqiu can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period, when the canals and mounds were feudal. In the eighth year of Emperor Gaozu (BC 199), Anqiu Hou was made a general, named after the ancient canal and ancient hill. In the second year of Emperor Jing of Han Dynasty (BC 148), the county was officially established.
In Anqiu, plains, hills and mountains each account for about one-third, with many kinds of minerals and large reserves. Anqiu is an important water source in Shandong Province, with more than 50 rivers originating from pollution-free Yimeng mountain area and 100 large, medium and small reservoirs. East of Qingdao 1 10 km, west of Jinan 200 km, north of Weifang 25 km. National Highway 206, Provincial Highway Xiao Xia Road, Gan Yang Road and other major trunk lines meet in China. Ji Jiao Railway passes by Qing Ji and Weilai Expressway, and Weifang-Rizhao Expressway passes through the city.
