Why are people who live long so thin?
Generally speaking, thin people are lighter in weight and have relatively less burden on body organs. As the old saying goes: it is difficult to buy old and thin with money, which is also the experience and lesson summed up by the ancients. Longevity is really related to weight. First of all, thin people have less fat. For many body organs, such as heart, liver and lungs, these organs are healthier because the burden is reduced. Good organs, no problem, will naturally increase life expectancy. Secondly, thin people can avoid many diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, skin diseases and spinal diseases, which can actually be said to be an extension of the first one. Take cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as an example, it is the chief culprit of many diseases. If blood vessels are piled up with fat and blood circulation is not smooth, many diseases will occur, such as heart disease, moderate hemiplegia and so on. Blood circulation is closely related to health. The human body is an inseparable part, not to say that thin people will live longer, but at least thin people can at least avoid many diseases. It is also true that the average life expectancy of thin people can be relatively high.
