After practicing yoga, from my own experience, poor posture reduces pain, increases flexibility, and the posture is getting better and better, which makes me feel very peaceful and increases my ability to withstand pressure. I can persist in doing one thing well, release pressure, become more and more confident, and most importantly, I love yoga more and more. No matter what exercise I do, its purpose is to reduce fat content and exercise.
After practicing yoga, you will find that your physical changes are not only these, but also include increased metabolism, better flexibility, increased muscle strength, slimmer figure and so on. Of course, different people have different purposes, different practice styles and different changes.
As a beginner of yoga, I tend to compare with others. Their posture is really beautiful, and I want to be like them, so I strained my ligament regardless of my own maximum. Later, I learned that everyone started practicing at different times, and the degree was naturally different. Yoga is not for comparison. I made a big taboo! Later, in the process of practicing slowly, I made rapid progress. Basically, I can keep up with the posture explained by the teacher. I will get up early in the morning to do morning exercises. Yoga has brought me not only physical changes, but also personality, habits and so on.
