(4) Having the special qualification of Grade III or above in automobile electrical maintenance (except automobile factory);

(5) Having the production conditions suitable for installing gas cylinders for vehicles, and having a certain number of professional technicians and skilled workers.

Including quality assurance engineers and quality control personnel responsible for design, technology, materials and inspection.

(6) Necessary production conditions and detection means, such as lifting, processing, anti-corrosion treatment, pressure test, inspection and testing equipment, which are suitable for installing automobile gas cylinders, and auxiliary conditions, such as trial use of gas cylinders and rescue vehicles on refitted roads.

(seven) there are special industrial plants, special warehouses, office space, data files and equipment rooms;

(eight) have the hardware conditions and network environment to meet the requirements of information application, and have the ability to fill in data in real time;

(nine) there are safety technical specifications, standards and systems related to the installation of vehicle gas cylinders, which can be effectively implemented;

(ten) to establish a quality management system that can ensure the safety and quality of vehicle gas cylinders and can operate normally and effectively.

(eleven) to ensure that the installation quality (safety performance) of automobile gas cylinders meets the requirements of relevant gas cylinder safety technical specifications and corresponding standards.

Units applying for installing gas cylinders shall fill in the Application for License for Installation, Renovation and Maintenance of Special Equipment, and attach the following materials:

(1) business license (color scanned picture);

(2) Organization code certificate (color scanned picture);

(three) three kinds of automobile electrical maintenance qualification (color scanning pictures, except the automobile factory);

(4) Qualification of filling stations (color scanned pictures, except LNG installation units and automobile production enterprises);

(5) Demonstration opinions of automobile gas cylinder safety technology association;

(6) Application certificate of station control system;

(seven) quality assurance manual;

(eight) digital photos of the site, factory building, tooling, instruments and equipment;

(nine) other information that needs to be supplemented.
