500 jumps is not much. If you jump 100 times a minute, you only jump for 5 minutes, which is about 100 cards.
If you walk quickly, 40 minutes is good, about 300 calories. You should tuck in your stomach when you leave.
It is not recommended to do sit-ups, because it looks very tired but the actual slimming effect is very poor, mainly to practice abdominal muscles.
