I know humpback better than anyone! Because before I was 2 1 year old, I was really hunched over, or I was a figure-of-eight step! Think how ugly it is. I am still a girl. It's all tears! Don't say anything, give you a few references:
First: you don't need a pillow to sleep. If you feel uncomfortable at first, you can get used to it (dad says that's how the army treats hunchbacks);
Second: exercise, put a big mirror at home, stand in front of the mirror and look around at yourself; If you can, go to the dance training center and see the people there. You can't go straight if you don't want to!
Third: If you are a girl, you must wear high heels, which will make you stand tall and straight. Believe me, high heels are my favorite!
Fourth: be confident enough. Whenever and wherever you walk, hold your chest out. Try to imagine yourself as a model on the runway, and everyone is watching you.
Hehe, the above are some of my experiences, I hope I can help you!
