Is there any way to make exercise only lose weight and not grow muscles?
My fitness instructor said that aerobic exercise is to reduce fat and equipment exercise is to gain muscle. If you want to lose weight, go running and Latin dance or something. Stretch your muscles after exercise. Playing basketball is an aerobic exercise, but after exercise, your muscles may not be stretched, resulting in thick legs. My coach says stretching is the most important thing, and you should do one-third of the exercise time. For example, if you exercise for an hour, stretching needs ten minutes before exercise and ten minutes after exercise.
