Warm-up activities should be done before morning exercises to prevent sports injuries.
In winter, due to the large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in the morning, walk from the warm indoor to the outdoor with lower temperature for exercise. Don't wear too little at once to avoid catching a cold.
