What are the physical fitness test items and standards of the people's police?
Detailed rules for the implementation of physical fitness assessment of the people's police employed by public security organs

1. 130 cm× 4 round-trip track equipment: There are several straight runways, the length is 10 m, and a line (S 1 and S2) is drawn at both ends of the runways (Figure 1). Each lane has 3 pieces of wood (5cm× 10cm), of which 2 pieces are placed on the horizontal line outside S2 line, and 1 piece is placed on the horizontal line outside S 1 line. Several stopwatches should be calibrated before use.

Test method: the testee starts to stand, and starts from the outside of S 1 line after hearing the call. When he ran to the front of the S2 line, he picked up a piece of wood and ran back. When he ran to the front of the S 1 line, he exchanged a few pieces of wood and then ran back to S2 to exchange another piece of wood. After comparison, he rushed out of the S 1 line with the piece of wood and recorded the whole time. Records are recorded in seconds, with one decimal place reserved. When the second decimal place is not "0", it is 1.

Note: When the subject picks up and puts down the block, his feet should not cross the lines S 1 and S2.

2. Men's 1000 meter run and women's 800 meter run.

Venue equipment: 400m track and field track. The ground is flat and the geology is unlimited. Several stopwatches should be calibrated before use.

Test method: Subjects are divided into groups with no less than 2 people in each group, starting with a standing start. Start running when you hear the password or whistle. When the subjects reach the finish line, the watch stops, and the finish recorder is responsible for recording everyone's scores, which are recorded in minutes and seconds, regardless of decimals.

Third, the vertical jump touch site requires high requirements: it is generally tested in indoor venues. If outdoor field test is selected, it should be carried out when weather conditions permit. The average temperature of the day should be between15 and 35 degrees Celsius, with no direct sunlight and no wind exceeding level 3.

Test method: When preparing for the test, the subjects' feet naturally stand apart. After receiving the instruction, the subjects bend their legs for half a squat, swing their arms backwards as far as possible, and then swing their arms forward and upward quickly, with both legs exerting force at the same time, trying to take off vertically and upward, and at the same time raising their hands to touch the test paper of the fixed height line or automatic height touch device, and those who touch the height line or test paper are considered qualified. Test no more than three times.

Precautions:

(1) When taking off, the subject's legs can't move or there are steps;

(2) The fingernails of the subjects shall not exceed 0.3cm of the fingertips;

(3) Subjects are not allowed to carry gloves and other items when touching with their bare hands; (4) Subjects take off their socks (socks can be worn) barefoot, and a hard inelastic pad of no more than 2 cm is laid at the place where they take off.

Physical training methods

10 m× 4 The training method of running back and forth should master the correct technical action essentials. It is very important to have a correct set of technical movements to improve sports performance. 4× 10 m running back and forth should master the action essentials are:

(1) When starting, bend over and bend your legs back and forth;

② Run in a straight line on the way, slowly but surely, and push back quickly;

(3) When the bottom line is 3 to 5 meters, the body should squat quickly, the center of gravity should be lowered into a lunge, the toe buckle stops suddenly, and the upper body begins to rotate;

(4) The technology of changing wood blocks sideways should be accurate and rapid, and the center of gravity should be flexible and stable when turning around;

⑤ Immediately after turning around, use the forefoot to accelerate, and compare the sprint of the back shoulder and chest to grab time.

You should master the necessary skills and methods ① Use a standing start. Due to the short round-trip running distance, it is advisable to use a standing start, which is conducive to rapid turn;

② Change wood blocks with one hand. One-handed replacement of wood blocks only turns 90 degrees, which is conducive to a quick start. Holding the gear with both hands increases the turning time of 180 degrees, which also affects the acceleration after turning. Necessary warm-up exercises are needed before the exam.

The training plan of men's 1000 meter running and women's 800 meter running should be made according to the specified tasks, contents and requirements. When making a training plan, we should accurately grasp the training situation, carefully consider the exercise load of our own training according to the existing training level, and give consideration to each special training.

Training arrangement in the training plan: the first and second stages are generally twice a week, the third stage is not less than once a week, and the training interval is not less than two days; It must be separated from strength quality training (especially barbell negative weight training), and it is usually arranged one or two days before high-intensity strength quality training, or on weekends, to achieve excessive recovery through Sunday adjustment.

The training method of vertical jump touching height should master the correct technical essentials: ① Before taking off, the feet are naturally open, shoulder width apart, and the forefoot is buckled inward;

2 Before doing the action, take a few deep breaths, raise your arms naturally, then lean back, open your body completely, and start to do the forward swing;

(3) With the full rhythmic swing of the upper limbs, when the muscles of the body's center of gravity, legs, waist, abdomen and back contract and relax in a coordinated way, the whole force-exerting process is fast and orderly, with special emphasis on the instantaneous pedaling action before the forefoot leaves the ground;

④ In the process of rising, we should make full use of lumbosacral muscles, and let our arms stretch as far as possible in the air to reach a higher level.

⑤ When landing, the forefoot should land first, and then bend your legs to cushion.

It is necessary to warm up before the exam, especially in jumping events. Warm-up before the exam plays a very obvious role in greatly improving your grades. Without it, it will be different. Necessary warm-up exercise can not only increase the speed and strength of muscle contraction in actual combat, improve the coordination of muscles, make muscles more relaxed and flexible, but also improve the excitability of nervous system, so as to engage in sports quickly and improve the performance of touching heights. It can also avoid the occurrence of sports injury during testing and reduce the risk factor of injury.

The warm-up exercise time before vertical jump can be controlled at about 20 minutes, and you can choose jumping exercise, squat exercise, stretching exercise, waist exercise, hand-foot joint exercise and so on. If conditions permit, playing basketball for 20 minutes before the exam will also have a very good warm-up effect.

Physical examination procedure of police recruitment examination

First: determine the medical examiner. After the police recruitment examination, according to the order of the total test scores from high to low, the list of people participating in the medical examination will be determined in equal amounts.

Second: physical examination. The employer sends a special person to lead the candidates to the designated hospital for physical examination. The person in charge of physical examination should check whether the photos of the subjects are consistent with the physical examination form one by one in advance, and hand over the physical examination form to the physical examination doctor. The physical examination personnel are responsible for the handover of the physical examination form between departments, and candidates are not allowed to hand it in.

Third: notify the medical examination results. After the physical examination, the chief physician makes a conclusion on whether it is qualified according to the physical examination standard and signs it, and then affixes the official seal of the hospital. The hospital will inform the person in charge of the medical examination to receive the medical examination results uniformly, and the person in charge of the medical examination will inform the candidates of the medical examination results.

After comparison: recheck. When the employer and the candidates have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination, they can put forward a re-examination within seven days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. The reinspection can only be carried out once. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
