Variety source: In 2005, the self-selected line DL 14E-3 was used as female parent, and the second-ring selection line A-32T was used as male parent. DL 14E-3 is based on Si -287× Zhejiang 95 1, which was bred in the south and in the north for many years. A-32T is based on the foreign two-ring hybrid selection line, which is bred for many years by haploid technology with the goal of disease resistance and early maturity.
Characteristics: It takes 122 ~ 126 days from emergence to maturity, and the active accumulated temperature should be ≥ 10℃, which is about 2350℃. It belongs to middle-early maturity and high starch corn varieties. The seedlings are dark green, with purple leaf sheaths, purple leaf margins and yellow anthers.
