Second, fruit processing
Huiyuan insists that fruit processing must go through six passes: cold pressing, squeezing, filtering, sterilization, filling and inspection before it can be used for fruit juice processing. After this step, the fruit is processed into concentrated juice. In this process, it can not only protect the color and nutritional components of fruit juice, so that the fruit juice can retain the nutrition and flavor of fruit to the maximum extent, but also kill bacteria, mold, yeast and pathogenic bacteria in fruit juice, so that the product meets the aseptic requirements.
Third, fruit juice filling.
There are many steps in the process of fruit juice filling: blending (pulp or concentrated juice)-degassing-homogenization-sterilization-aseptic packaging-tube sticking-boxing-sampling-warehousing and other processes. The whole filling process adopts the most advanced aseptic cold filling production technology in the world, which not only can better protect the nutrition and flavor of fruit juice, but also can ensure the quality and safety of products when filling sealed fruit juice in 100 aseptic environment, and no preservatives are added when the package is unopened. The filled products can be directly put into storage for inspection, and can only be put into storage for delivery after passing the sampling inspection.
Fourth, product testing.
After filling, the concentrated juice should be sampled and tested for more than 20 indicators, such as sensory, physical and chemical, microbial and patulin. After passing the test, the products will be put into storage and delivered from the factory.
Each batch of products has passed the production self-inspection, process inspection and final product inspection. All batches of products must go through a 7-day intensive inspection process of microbial indicators before they are allowed to enter the circulation.
